PROJECT TYPE

Competition entry

Oliver is an app concept developed for the 2020 Design 4 Parents competition, promoted by ADI Lazio and Filo in collaboration with Maker Faire Rome. It explores digital support for parents of autistic children aged 0–5, bringing together daily organisation, educational activities and communication.

DESIGN APPROACH

Input from a speech therapist, a psychologist and two teachers helped inform the app’s functions. Their guidance contributed to a structure connecting educational activities, daily organisation and communication with professionals and other families.

The interface uses a consistent hierarchy to distinguish these functions and give each area a clear place within the experience.
